KashifData ("KashifData", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered analytics service that turns marketing and business datasets into reports. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using KashifData at kashifdata.online (the "Service"), you agree to this policy.
Account information. When you sign in, we receive your email address and basic profile information from your authentication provider (Firebase Authentication / Google Sign-In) to create and secure your account.
Data you upload. When you upload a file (CSV, Excel, or JSON), its contents are processed to generate your report. Uploaded files are not retained as files after the analysis completes.
Data from connected platforms. If you choose to connect a platform — Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, or Google Ads — you authorize KashifData, via Google's OAuth consent flow, to read reporting data from the account(s) you select. We request read-only access and use it solely to produce the analysis you request.
Usage information. We process limited operational data (e.g., number of analyses run, plan, timestamps) to enforce plan limits, secure the Service, and improve it.
When you connect a Google service, we request only these read-only scopes:
.../auth/analytics.readonly — read Google Analytics 4 reporting metrics (sessions, conversions, revenue, channel groupings) for the property you select..../auth/webmasters.readonly — read Google Search Console performance data (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) for the site you select..../auth/adwords — read Google Ads campaign performance (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value) for the account you select.We use this data only to generate the analytics report you request, for the account that is signed in. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
Limited Use. KashifData's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To produce narrative insights, the deterministic figures computed from your data are sent to AI language-model providers that generate the written analysis. We send only the aggregated facts needed for the narrative, never your raw access tokens or credentials. Providers process this data transiently to return the report.
OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted at rest and used only to fetch data when you run an analysis. You can disconnect a platform at any time from the app, which deletes the stored tokens. Uploaded files are not retained as files. Saved reports are stored only when you explicitly choose to save or share a report, and share links expire according to your plan.
We do not sell your personal information or your Google user data. We share data only with the service providers that operate the Service (hosting, database, authentication, and the AI providers described above), strictly to deliver the Service, and as required by law.
We use encrypted sessions, encrypt stored OAuth tokens, and apply access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
