KashifData is built for marketing agencies managing client reporting workspaces. Last updated: July 12, 2026
KashifData ("KashifData", "we", "us") provides an agency reporting platform for marketing teams. Agencies use the Service to create client workspaces, connect reporting sources, generate analysis, share branded report links, and schedule recurring delivery. This Privacy Policy explains what we process, why we process it, and how agencies and users can control their data.
Account information. When you sign in, we receive your email address and basic profile information from your authentication provider, such as Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In, to create and secure your account.
Agency and client workspace information. When you create client workspaces, we process the client name, reporting context, goals, target metric, report language, brand color, uploaded logo, saved data sources, schedule settings, recipients, and report history needed to operate that workspace.
Uploaded datasets. When you upload a CSV, Excel, or JSON file, the file contents are processed to generate the report. Uploaded files are not retained as source files after analysis completes.
Connected platform data. If you connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Sheets, or another supported reporting source, we process the reporting data needed to list available accounts, fetch selected metrics, and generate the report you request.
Database connection information. If you add a database source, we process the connection details you provide, store credentials encrypted, and run the read-only query you configure for preview, manual reporting, or scheduled reporting.
Usage and operational information. We process plan, quota, timestamps, scheduled run status, email delivery status, and limited technical logs to secure the Service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and operate recurring reporting.
Google API Limited Use Disclosure
KashifData's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the reporting features you request inside KashifData. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to target ads, or use it to develop, train, or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.
Depending on the Google service you connect, KashifData may request these scopes:
.../auth/analytics.readonly to read Google Analytics 4 reporting metrics for selected properties..../auth/webmasters.readonly to read Search Console performance data for selected sites..../auth/adwords to read Google Ads campaign performance for selected ad accounts..../auth/drive.file combined with the native Google Picker API to select specific spreadsheets and read the selected sheet tab for reporting.Access tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect the platform.
KashifData computes deterministic facts from your data - totals, ratios, trends, quality checks, segment rankings, and statistical model outputs - entirely within our own infrastructure. This produces an aggregated, anonymized numeric fact-summary (for example: “Top channel: Organic Search, sessions: 12,450, change: +8.3%”). No individual records, raw API payloads, OAuth tokens, spreadsheet contents, or user-identifiable information leave our servers at this stage.
To generate the written narrative portion of a report, KashifData sends only that pre-computed fact-summary to third-party AI language-model providers (such asSambaNova, Google Gemini, Groq, and DeepSeek). However, to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we implement strict data segregation: any report generated from a Google-connected API source (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads, or Google Sheets) is flagged as a google_source. For all Google-sourced reports, DeepSeek is completely excluded from the provider chain at the code level, and only safe, compliant providers (such as Gemini, SambaNova, and Groq) are used.
These providers receive structured numeric summaries only. Raw data obtained from Google APIs - including raw API responses, spreadsheet contents, or any user-identifiable information - is never transmitted directly to any third-party AI provider.
We do not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning model, whether in-house or third-party. Google user data is processed locally within our analysis engine, and only the derived anonymized numeric summaries are forwarded for narrative generation.
Google API Services - Limited Use Compliance Statement
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by KashifData will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the specific reporting features you request inside KashifData. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to target ads, or use it to develop, train, or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.
When you enable scheduled reporting, KashifData fetches the configured source, generates a report, stores a branded share link, and emails that link to the recipients you configured. Recipients do not need KashifData accounts to open shared reports. Depending on your settings, shared links may be public link-access or password protected.
Shared reports can include the client brand snapshot, report content, generated charts, summary metrics, and supporting rows needed for the report viewer and exports.
Client workspace records, encrypted platform tokens, encrypted database credentials, connection metadata, schedule settings, and shared reports are stored so the agency workspace can operate. Uploaded files are not retained as source files. Shared report links expire according to the configured product rules, and expired shared reports may be cleaned up automatically.
We use service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email delivery, payment or subscription management, and AI report generation. They process data only as needed to operate KashifData. We do not sell personal information, client data, Google user data, uploaded datasets, or report contents.
We use encrypted sessions, encrypted storage for OAuth tokens and database credentials, ownership checks, plan gates, source guardrails, and access controls to protect agency and client data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we design KashifData around business reporting use and practical data minimization.
KashifData is intended for business use by agencies and professional teams. It is not directed to children under 16.
We may update this policy as the platform changes. Material updates will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
