This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and cancellations for KashifData subscriptions and services. By subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.
You may cancel your KashifData subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the features of your paid plan until the end of that cycle.
Because KashifData provides immediate access to generated reports and insights upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or for unused time on an active subscription.
However, we may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis if you contact us within the first 7 days of a new subscription (excluding renewals), provided that you have not excessively used the platform or generated reports during that time.
If you are offered a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. If you fail to cancel before the trial expires, you will be billed for the subscription plan selected during sign-up, and standard refund policies apply.
If you believe there has been an error in your billing, please contact our support team immediately. Any confirmed billing errors will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
