These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KashifData at kashifdata.online (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
KashifData generates analytics reports from data you upload or from marketing platforms you connect (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads). Insights are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for decisions you make based on them.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to access and analyze any data you upload or connect.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, exceed your plan limits by circumvention, or use it to process data you are not authorized to access.
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Usage limits apply per plan. Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion and can expire.
When you connect a third-party platform, your use of that platform remains subject to its own terms. We access only the data you authorize, read-only, and you can disconnect at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
You retain ownership of your data. We retain ownership of the Service. We do not claim ownership of the reports generated for you.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KashifData is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
